Shipping, returns and refunds

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. Deliveries are made by Canada Post and are taken into account by the postal service of the country of destination. For USA, the cheapest rate does NOT include a tracking number and takes 5-10 business days. We accept returns if, after receipt of the goods, we believe that they have not been used. Refund (except delivery costs) is made after receipt of the goods. If the delivery was free, you will be charged $ 8 for Quebec and Ontario and $ 11 for the rest of Canada for the return costs.
